Frequently Asked Questions.
Are you Insured?
YES! We are fully insured through Specialty Insurance Agency. Our Specific policy protects against bodily injury to a spectator or property damage to a performing premises. Coverage territory extends throughout the US (including its territories and possessions), Puerto Rico, and Canada, as well as international waters – but only if injury or damage occurs in the course of transportation between the aforementioned places (e.g. leaving from the
US and returning to the US).
Can fire performances be preformed anywhere?
Fire shows can be performed almost anywhere, bringing excitement to a variety of venues. We coordinate closely with local Fire Department Chiefs to ensure that every performance is conducted safely and according to regulations, giving you peace of mind. Cloud Nine Fire Show takes care of all necessary paperwork, including fire show documentation, permits, and permissions, before proceeding with payment and contracts. This comprehensive approach ensures a seamless and worry-free experience for our clients.
**Please note Some indoors or public spaces depending on the area require special permitting. All associated fees will be made clear before contract signing.**
Does weather factor into performances?
If extreme heat or cold tries to "rain on our parade," Cloud Nine Fire Show’s performances may be shortened, or longer breaks might be added to wait out weather and to ensure the safety and well-being of the performers and patrons.
If more intense weather, such as thunder and lightning, heavy rain, or snow, occurs before or during the show, we will take proper safety precautions to ensure the show continues safely.
Heavy rain and snow can sometimes disrupt our shows, as rain can damage fire props and cold can cause hoops to snap. However, we work closely with clients and event staff to find suitable alternative entertainment options.
Our cancellation policies are clearly outlined in our client contracts, providing clear communication with our clients to give you peace of mind before your big event.
